Q5) What were the enablers and barriers for you to complete your degree? Enablers-I have a supportive workplace that supported and encouraged me to complete my studies

Barriers – trying to balance work, study, kids

Q6) What was your pathway into nursing or midwifery? How did you get to where you are today? I was lucky enough to receive a TAFE scholarship to complete my Enrolled nursing

Q7) Do you believe our nurses and midwives are role models for our community? If so, do you think it is a priority that we increase our workforce? Why?

Yes, nurses, midwifes, AHW and AHPs play a big role in our health care system we are the front line workers who connect with our patients and establish the relationship bring our people back into our medical services we make sure our people are cared for feel comfortable and safe
