Lorraine has a vast understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, culture, protocols and history. As an Aboriginal woman born in Boulia under the Aboriginal Protection Act, Lorraine witnessed firsthand the resilience and strength of our peoples in their fight for equality. She feels a deep responsibility to our Ancestors to continue to strive for better outcomes for our people.
