Chantale Ruttley

A commercially astute and proven leader, Chantale has over 15 years’ experience in the human services industry. Working across both the private and public sector, her roles have encompassed both operational and strategic management and policy design and evaluation.

Understanding the need for organisations to remain fiscally sound, Chantale advocates for organisations succeeding because of the strength of their people. As a registered psychologist with post-graduate training in organisational psychology, she enjoys helping organisations align their culture with operational climate, in a way that is collaborative, builds capability, and ensures the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

Highly respected by clients, colleagues, and management alike, Chantale is known for her attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and an unparalleled work ethic. In her spare time, Chantale enjoys all things exercise and sharing good food with her family.

Chantale holds formal qualifications in psychology (Master of Organisational Psychology; Bachelor of Science [Honours][Psych]), alongside additional qualifications in Business Management, Leadership, Quality Management, and Workplace Assessment & Training.
