Executive Officer

Overview – The Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM) is the national peak body that represents, advocates and supports Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander nurses and midwives. CATSINaM is a membership-based organisation and is one of four national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce bodies.

Role Context and Purpose – The Executive Officer will assist the Chief Executive Officer with a variety of activities related to the operation, management, coordination, reporting (internal and external to the organisation), organisation, and corporate governance of CATSINaM. The role will support the CEO in fulfilling the organisation’s strategic and governance related goals and responsibilities and help to manage, coordinate, and drive day-to-day operations.

Membership, Marketing and Communications Officer

Brisbane, Queensland

Role Context and Purpose – The Membership, Marketing and Communications officer works closely with the team to effectively communicate with existing and potential Members and partners of CATSINaM. 

The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to demonstrate their ability to manage and prioritise workloads, communicate effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to demonstrate a broad base of skills and experience, with the ability to interact and pick up new technology quickly.
